Confidential executive coaching for nonprofit EDs and CEOs

Operator first. Coach second. I've run the work from inside ballet companies, museums, consultancies and agencies. I've grown earned and contributed revenue. That belongs in the room if I'm going to be useful to you.

Who it's for

Sitting executive directors and CEOs of nonprofits and mission-driven organizations who need a confidential thought partner outside their staff and board.

What you're actually buying

Unsuccessful exits teach you the cost of waiting, the cost of a bad partner, and the cost of doing the job alone. That's often what a sitting ED or CEO is actually buying.

What I'm not

I'm not a therapist, psychiatrist, physician or lawyer. If what you need is one of those, I'll say so and I won't take the seat.

FAQ

Who do nonprofit CEOs talk to when they can't confide in staff or board?

Most nonprofit CEOs talk to no one, and that's the problem. The right person is a confidential executive coach outside the organization, with no stake in your board, staff or donors. I'm Scott Dunagan, and I coach sitting nonprofit EDs and CEOs one-on-one. Every conversation stays private.
