Consulting and coaching engagements begin after a chemistry call and a written confirmation of scope, fee, and dates. Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or HR representation. Confidentiality: we do not use your name or situation as marketing without written permission, subject to ordinary legal limits. Cancellation: session notice and unused-session treatment will be stated in the engagement note; until that note exists, 48 hours’ notice is the working rule. Governing law: Texas.
